Our School-Based Mental Health Services Program is designed to help children whose behavioral, emotional, and social problems are affecting their academic performance. The program offers on-site clinical therapists to provide mental health and behavioral health services to students and their families in local schools.
Treatment is provided by a multidisciplinary team of professionals including Clinical Therapists, Psychiatrists, Qualified Behavioral Health Providers and school staff.
This program is designed to help meet a need in the State of Arkansas for quality behavioral health care, making it accessible to those who need it most at an early age.
Parent counseling has become increasingly relevant in today's fast-paced world, where parents often find themselves worried and unable to navigate the complexities of raising children. We're here to help with that.
Youth in Arkansas have been continually experiencing crisis on a greater scale as years pass, with higher rates of traumatic experiences and subsequent mental illness.
This method of therapy involves Trauma Informed-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as other individualized treatment approaches. The goals and modalities of therapy will depend upon the willingness of the child, as well as their history and current needs.
We've taken it upon ourselves to meet youth and families where they are. We know that for many parents, leaving work to take their child to see a therapist is not an option. That's why our school-based services exist.
When a child is struggling with mental health to the extent that it is affecting their education, we coordinate with their parents and the administrators at their school to offer on-campus therapy.
We currently provide services to youth in the following schools:
