René is a licensed therapist who loves working with people who deal with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and ADHD. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and believes that a holistic approach to therapy is most beneficial to clients.
Her treatment approach is based on clients developing a deeper understanding of the issues contributing to their emotional distress, finding, and practicing healthy ways to address those issues.
She has Master's degree from University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and experience working in inpatient psychiatric care, day treatment, school-based and outpatient settings.
She enjoys working with clients in outpatient settings because they put forth the effort to seek help to alleviate the emotional distress in their life, and have a desire to be both happy and fulfilled.
