Tripp specializes in working with individuals diagnosed with depression, adolescents, couples’ therapy, and men’s issues. He earned his Bachelor Degree in Social Work from Arkansas College and his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
He has worked in the human services field since 1983. Since that time, he has had his own private practice, worked in inpatient and outpatient settings, done medical social work for a nationwide health insurance company, and currently works as the Assistant Training Director for the MidSOUTH program at University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Tripp began working for BHSA in June 2014 and is a member of NASW (National Association of Social Workers). In his free time, he loves to play tennis, run, workout, and loves the outdoors.
