Rene specializes in family therapy. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Benedictine College and his Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Kansas.
He has been in clinical practice since 1980. He has practiced as a clinical director, teacher of family therapy, and also directed a Quality Improvement Program at a local agency. He has worked at BHSA, both full- and part-time since 2003. In his spare time, Rene enjoys sports and music. He was born in Cuba and speaks Spanish fluently.
